Hotel Intellectual Inn

Location was great, plenty of food options and just one street away so the stay was very peaceful and quite. Breakfast available when we want it, just inform them at reception or a phone in the kitchen.. We were going on a trip very early morning and they made breakfast for us at 2am..breakfast was scrambled eggs, toast, one serving of cereal and milk, butter and cheese and tea and cake rusks.. Ideal for the start of the day. As surrounding are is busy getting a cab very easy we used indrive for example 500rps to giga mall for a/c car or on a scooter less than 200rps but I find them too dangerous on these roads.. Or if you want a driver can get a/c car with driver 4000rupees +fuel on average 3000rps lasts all day of local usage or 100 miles.

The bed mattress was a bit too soft for me but still it was fine. No light switches or lamp near the bedside. P

Nice clean hotel ... Staff were friendly and always happy to help.

Only the washroom was clean , but with stained towels, although they were wasshed

I have booked through Booking.com, it was mentioned book now and pay at property. I travelled from Lahore to Faisalabad for attending a ceremony . In between the function Mr Shahid Ali called me to pay immediately or your booking would be cancelled.I told him that I would definitely come till 9p.m. But he refused that I have to pay.I have asked about the managers contact number , he refused to give. With much difficulty I have transfered money in his account. It wasn't mentioned that it's an apartment with sharing lobby . It was too noisy around 1 a .m, due to the arrival of other guests. The room was a little depressing .Bedsheets were not clean.i have ordered separate tea for breakfast, but got mixed tea as waiter complained about unavailability of dry milk Would never ever stay here again and woul not recommend to any one.

The location was great for the work that I needed to do.

The room was small. It was not well constructed. Very old and extremely dirty in some places. Overpriced and not worth the amount they are taking.

The place was dirty / disgusting - bathroom was filthy - bed was uncomfortable, wall switches were broken I couldnt charge my phone - check-in was not on time, when I reached the place at 1:30pm the room wasn't ready. They started cleaning my room only when I reached. Would never stay at this place again and will never recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience. No value for money - I feel like I have wasted my money on this overpriced dirty hotel! The pictures uploaded on booking.com are so deceptive, the place was nothing like it.

It was clean we needed a cheap clean place to stay for 1 night after we landed at the airport and this was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was good considering the price overall it was a good satisfactory experience

Let me begin by saying that this place is a lil gem. Breakfast was nice, but portion of cereal was too small. Tea should’ve been served from a pot rather than one cup. Although staff were happy to provide more tea, I had my own kettle, mug, tea etc. Definitely, definitely need a dishwasher guys! (Machine, not human!) Hotel has the cleanest fridge (in room) Staff sincere, warm, friendly and happy to help.

In a way criticism seems most unfair. It’s a good hotel....but there is nowhere to put your suitcase. My room was next to the kitchen, it was noisy?One small thing guys, line your trays. Presentation is everything. I do, unfortunately, have one big criticism, it’s the the bathroom. It was freezing cold and not clean. Forget I mentioned the dishwasher! Spend your money on the bathroom.

Staff and room were very good. Receptionist has a matchless personality. He was so confident and cooperative.

Toilets are very tight. You can hardly move in tight space. Nobody cleaned them. Gutters were blocked

The room was really clean. Staff was nice. bed was comfortable and place was well kept.

The shower only had cold water available but it’s understandable due to the hot weather.

I did not like any thing because very cheap quality hotel even I found a lot of insects on floor
